The AthLEOS site is operated by the lab team. For any data-related questions, write to athleos57@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
During a normal visit we do not collect personal data directly. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, which records technical data in anonymized form: device and browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, and referral source. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name and contact you provide so we can reply.
3. Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner. If you choose "Decline," Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision by clearing site data in your browser — the consent banner will appear again.
4. Why we need this data
Anonymized statistics help us understand which materials are useful to visitors and improve the site. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
5. Sharing with third parties
Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not share visitor data with other parties except as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can decline analytics in the consent banner, clear cookies in your browser settings, or request information about your data by writing to athleos57@gmail.com.
7. Children
The diagnostic is completed by a child, but the account and decisions are handled by an adult. The site does not collect children's personal data without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Research program data
If you have given separate consent to take part in the research, your questionnaire answers are used solely for the scientific improvement of the diagnostic model. Consent is voluntary, separate from consent to the diagnostic itself, and can be withdrawn at any moment by emailing athleos57@gmail.com — previously collected answers are deleted at your request. Data is pseudonymized for analysis; scientific publications use only aggregated figures, and no child is identifiable. Research data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising.
