Multisport diagnostics based on 39 indicators across 4 model components. It helps choose 2–3 directions for first trials, not one sport "forever."

PL-C Quest — physical literacy: endurance, strength, coordination, balance, reaction.
CSMSQ — sport motivation: intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, confidence, enjoyment of training.
PPTQ-C — personality traits (Big Five): sociability, emotional stability, openness to experience.
CWSQ — water safety and behavior in water.
PL-C Quest is used under a Sport Australia licence — for non-commercial use only.
The model distributes the child's potential across six categories and highlights several directions worth trying first — with a word-based match level, not a "score out of 100."
Running, swimming, cross-country skiing, cycling.
Sprinting, jumping, weightlifting.
Gymnastics, acrobatics, figure skating, diving.
Boxing, wrestling, martial arts.
Football, hockey, basketball, volleyball.
Decathlon, pentathlon, triathlon.
This is a map of possibilities, not a verdict: the model does not choose one sport for the family or close off other categories — it shows which directions are most reasonable to try first.
The program is currently free for research program participants.
